Lesions can easily be removed using Plasma, a special form of a gas that has an electrical energy, that penetrates the skin from the epidermis deep into the dermis. The Plasma causes a process called sublimation which turns a solid into a gas so results are instant with lesions being removed in minutes.

Is Plasma Pen Removal painful?

No, a gentle local numbing cream is applied to the area and the removal process is quick.

How does Fibroblast Treatment work?

The extremely accurate hand held device works by utilizing the voltage in the air between its tip and the natural gasses emitted from our skin, to form a plasma charge. A small electrical arc is created and instantly shrinks the targeted skin. The tissues retract and tighten giving you more youthful looking skin.

It can be used for: Eyelid Tightening, including under eyes and excess upper eyelid skin, Skin imperfections, including skin tags and sunspots Improvement in the appearance of acne scars, Tightening loose stomach skin after pregnancy, Lines and wrinkles around the mouth,Jowls and Neck tightening. Knee Caps and Under Arms, stretchmarks.

On the treatment day...

It is recommended that no make-up is worn on the treatment area.

You may take an antihistamine 30 minutes prior to your appointment to help with swelling and continue to take antihistamines for 2-3 days following your appointment.

Treatment time is usually between 30-120 minutes, depending on the size of the area.

Immediately after treatment the area may be red and mildly swollen with small carbon crusts (spots).

You may experience a sensation similar to a sunburn which will likely last a few hours.

Swelling may intensify over the following few hours and more so when eyes are treated and may last 2-3 days.

The carbon crusts will lift within 5 -12 days depending on the individual and area treated.

Results gradually improve over the course of the following 8-12 weeks.

Following treatment you will be given thorough aftercare instructions to ensure that you see the best results.

In the week following treatment (or until the treatment area has fully healed) an exfoliating wash or cleanser should not be used. Instead opt for a pH balanced soap , and avoid rubbing the area.

Map my Mole

Map My Mole has been designed by dermatologists to meet the increasing demand for skin lesion assessments.

What Is Map My Mole?

Map My Mole allows us to access UK consultant dermatologists for an opinion within 24 -48 hours. Images are reviewed by experts in the field, and reports ensure detailed explanations are provided. If a mole is concerning, the dermatologist will inform the patient providing them with a report that can be sent to their GP to speed up any referral.

How it works:

1. Attend the clinic for a consultation and assessment of the mole/lesion using a dermoscope.

2. We then submit your pictures to be reviewed by Map My Mole's leading consultant dermatologists.

3. Within 24-48 hours a report will be sent, which will determine if we can remove the lesion in clinic or if further investigation needs to be carried out with your GP.

4. For an assessment, the cost is from £65.

Our Screening Nurse will use a dermoscopic lens to take a high-quality, detailed image beneath the surface of the mole. This will show features invisible to the naked eye and enable diagnosis of the very earliest skin cancers. We screen for Melanoma, Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).

Our Single Mole Check includes a Single Mole Check Report. To ensure the highest level of diagnosis all our dermoscopic images are send for rapid remote review by a consultant Dermatologist.

We will issue a Single Mole Check Report, with advice by the consultant dermatologist, within 1- 3 working days.
